Fiction is their favorite
Always prone to fake
Straying from the truth
Never admitting mistakes

They avoid confrontation
And looking in your eyes
Enjoy burying the truth
With a dirt pile of lies

Surely there for you
When life is going swell
But the minute it isn’t
They vanish like a spell

You know who they are
So petty and small
Insignificant people
Who don’t matter at all

And so my friend
My advice to you
Stay away from those
You never truly knew
